Audit

In 2001 MID Consulting became a full member of the Chamber of Financial Auditors in Romania (CAFR). Our audit activity is fully compliant with the International Audit Standards, International Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards.

In a department comprising 8 people, of which 4 chartered auditors, the audit areas we can handle are the following:

  • audit of entities surveyed by the Insurance Supervisory Commission;
  • audit of IT systems;
  • financial statements audit;
  • internal audit;
  • consolidation of accounts;
  • audit of consolidated accounts;
  • audit of financial operations (mergers, transactions, grants);
  • audit of entities subject to regulations of the National Commission of Marketable Securities.

In 2005, our portfolio included 43 audit missions in a wide range of industries, such as trade, industrial manufacturing, advertising, medical services, construction.
