Valuation

Starting in 2003, due to an increasing number of investments in real estate, IT, manufacturing and trade in Romania, our valuation department has grown spectacularly.

The experience we gained in the 6 years of membership of the National Association of Valuators in Romania (ANEVAR) recommends us as valuators for:

• business;
• real estate;
• movables;
• intangible assets (software).

Starting in 2004, we adopted and implemented the International Valuation Standards. This allows our reports to be well grounded and easy to read.

For very complex works, our 6 professionals – of which 4 chartered valuators – maintain permanent contact with peer experts in various industries our clients may need: construction engineers, agriculture specialists, IT consultants etc.

Our activity of consultancy for feasibility studies, business plans and investments is also part of this department. Our specialists draft feasibility studies and preliminary analyses of the investment projects for building new capacities (income sources) or for developing existing capacities, financed by own sources and/or by other sources (credit lines, bank loans), by:

• justification of technical and economic conditions for implementation;
• financing conditions impact analysis;
• assessment of preliminary performance;
• economic risk factors analysis.

Other activities of this department:

• designing business plans for new projects or for projects in progress, financed by own sources and/or by other sources;
• assessment of forecasted business performance;
• verification of the capacity to absorb financial obligations (including the analysis of rescheduling conditions for late payment of loans).

Our team is completed by the investments consultant authorized by the National Commission of Marketable Securities, specializing in the capital market.
